We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. In-stock items usually dispatch within 1-2 working days. Orders received before 12pm ET are typically shipped on the next business day we receive your order, subject to the Shipping Delays section below. For your security, some orders will be processed through our Loss Prevention Department, which may cause a delay.

Order Status & Tracking
Tracking number(s) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You may log in to your STC E-Shop account to review your order information. Once logged in, you will be able to view the following details: Order number, including the date and time the order was placed Item(s) ordered, including total charges.
- By clicking on the tracking number for your order, you will be taken directly to the shipment/tracking information on the carrier website.
- You will not be permitted to change the delivery address through STC E-Shop once your order has been placed.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
- While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
Alternate Delivery Options
After the first delivery attempt, you may arrange with the carrier to pick-up the item(s) at a hold for pick-up location. You may also provide specific delivery instructions to the carrier, such as vacation hold.
