You may log in to your STC e-Shop Account to review your order information. Once logged in, you will be able to view the following details:
Order number, including the date and time the order was placed Item(s) ordered, including total charges.
Status of the order
Tracking number for shipped items
By clicking on the tracking number for your order, you will be taken directly to the shipment/tracking information on the carrier website.
Please note: you will not be permitted to change the delivery address through STC e-Shop once your order has been placed.
Alternate Delivery Options
After the first delivery attempt, you may arrange with the carrier to pick-up the item(s) at a hold for pick-up location
You may also provide specific delivery instructions to the carrier, such as vacation hold

Orders received before 12:30 pm ET are typically shipped on the next business day we receive your order, subject to the Shipping Delays section below.
STC e-Shop may require that someone signs for your order. For more information please visit the carrier website.
